Tom stepped into a position that was entirely new, pioneering this role by being responsible for an omnichannel sales approach which helps the sales team look at various ways to approach customers who are interested in Fresenius Medical Care products. Alongside developing this totally new job, Tom was also dual rolling with his previous Product Manager role, until this position was filled. Tom speaks fondly of his career at Fresenius Medical Care, explaining why he has, and continues to have, such a successful and positive 5 years with us.
